How do I Sign-In to my Account?

For returning customers:

  • Clicking on the Sign In/Register link in the top menu bar. This will open the Account Access Page.
  • Under Returning Customers on the left side, enter your username and password.
  • Click the "Sign In" button.



I forgot my Username/Password?

Forgot Username:

  • Click on the Sign In/Register link in the top menu bar.
  • Click on the "Forgot Username" link.
  • Enter the security code and your email address.
  • Click the "Submit" button.
  • An email will be sent to you shortly.

Forgot Password:

  • Click on the Sign In/Register link in the top menu bar.
  • Click on the "Forgot Password" link.
  • Enter your username, email address, and security code.
  • Click the "Submit" button.
  • An email will be sent to you shortly.



How do I create an Online Account?

You can create a new account online when you place your first order.

  • Click on the My Cart link in the top menu bar.
  • Click on the  “View & Edit Cart” button.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on “Create an Account.”
  • Create your Username and Password
    • Username must be at least 6 characters long, contain only letters, numbers, and the following symbols: dash (-), underscore (_), period (.), and the at sign (@).
    • Passwords must be 8 characters long and contain upper and lower case letters, and at least one number.
  • Click on the "Create Account & Checkout" button.

  • Billing and Shipping Page:
  • Enter Order Contact information.
  • Enter Bill to Account information.
  • Enter Shipping Information.
  • Click the "Shipping same as billing" box or enter shipping information.
  • Click "Save and Proceed."

If one of the required fields is missing information, you will not be able to proceed to the next step. If you click the "Save and Proceed" button but are still on this page, scroll up and look for an alert in red text. Enter the correct information, and click the "Save and Proceed" button again.

  • Payment Page:
    • Select shipping method.
    • Choose Credit/Debit Card as your payment method.
    • Click "Enter card Info" button.
    • Enter card number, name on card, and expiration date.
    • Click "Add" button.
  • Enter billing address for card or click "copy from my account."
  • Click "Place Order" button.

Now, click the “Place Order” button to submit your order. After a moment, a confirmation page will appear with your order number. An order confirmation email will also be sent to the email address on file.

How do I place an order online?

When you are ready to complete your order:

  • Click on the My Cart link in the top menu bar.
  • Click on the  “View & Edit Cart” button.
  • Log In:
    • Already have an account:
    • Enter your Username and Password at the bottom of the page.
    • New customer:
    • Create and account by entering a username and password.
    • Click on the  “Create Account & Checkout” button.

  • Cart Page:
    • Review and edit item quantities and ticket values.
    • Click "Proceed to Checkout."
  • Billing and Shipping Page:
  • Enter or confirm Order Contact information.
  • Enter or confirm Bill to Account information.
  • Enter or confirm Shipping Information.
  • Click the "Shipping same as billing" box or enter shipping information.
  • Click "Save and Proceed."

What is Quick Order?

With our Quick Order feature, you can simply type in a list of item codes to add to your cart, instead of navigating through the site. It is the perfect way to save time placing an order when you know exactly what you want!

To use the Quick Order form:

  • Click on the Quick Order link in the top navigation bar.
  • Enter the item code in the box that says, “Enter Item Code.”
  • Select the item code you want and hit enter.
  • This creates a shopping list and you can see that the item has been added to the list.
  • Change the quantity of each item by using the arrow keys or typing in the quantity you want.
  • Click the “Add to Cart” button and that will add all the items to your shopping cart.

If you do not know the item code:

  • Click on the magnifying glass.
  • The "Find a Product" widow will appear.
  • Enter a search term and click the"Search" button.
  • All the items containing the term you entered will appear.
  • Click the "Select" button for the item you wish to purchase and it will be added to the list.



Navigation and Search:

How do I search the site?

Enter a keyword or item code search in the search field on the right side of the header of the website.

When you search by item code, you can enter the entire code, or only part of it. The more specific the information entered, the more specific your search results will be. Just type it in the search field, click on the magnifying glass, and any item that matches the information you entered will appear.

You can also search by keyword. Just type the word or words in the search field, click on the magnifying glass, and any item that matches the information you entered will appear.



How can I narrow my search results?

A&A Global Industries has a very robust searching system in the website. This enables you to find exactly what you are searching for quickly and easily.

When you are browsing a category and want to filter your search, Simply scroll down until you get to the bottom of the product category list on the left side of the screen. Right under the category list you will see options such as Ball Type, Category, Display Method, etc. These options change depending on which category you are in.

  • Click on the plus symbol next to the option you want to filter.
  • Click the square next to the selection you want.
  • The site will filter the search to only show those items.
  • Narrow your search even more by selecting another option.
  • Click "Clear All" to undo all of the filters.



How do I sort items on the site?

By default, our site sorts all items by their item code. But there are other options for sorting categories and search results.

Click on the arrow next to “Sort by Item Code” and you will see that you can sort by Product Name, Price, and Ticket Value.

When you sort items by price, you will see that items are sorted by their price per piece, and not the total cost of the item.

You can control how many items you see on each page. By default, our site shows 100 items per page. You can adjust that to as low as 25 items, or as high as all of the items in that category or search results page.



What is Gallery and List View?

As you are shopping through our site, you will notice two different kinds of view. The most common is called a GALLERY VIEW, which is rows of product images and names.

You can add individual items to your shopping cart, just by clicking the “Add to Cart” button under each item.
You can also adjust the quantity of the item here before you add it to your shopping cart.

In LIST VIEW, you will see all of the items in the same order as gallery. The benefit of list mode is that you can add multiple items to your cart at once. Just, enter the quantities for each item you would like to order, and click the “Add to Cart” button at the bottom of the list. All of the items you selected will be added.

If you leave the list view page before clicking the “Add to Cart” button, your selections will be not be saved.



What is a Favorites List?

A Favorites List is one of the many special features you have access to when you have an account on our website. You can create multiple Favorites Lists for frequently ordered items, specific locations, or to share.

On category and search results pages, the “Add to Favorites” link appears under each item.
On product pages, it is on the right side of the page next to the blue heart icon.

  • Click the “Add to Favorites” link.
  • In the pop-up window, enter a nickname for your Favorites List.
  • Click the “Add to List” button.
  • Click the “Continue Shopping” button.

When you click “Add to Favorites” on an additional item, there is the option to select an existing list, or create a new list.

Managing Favorites Lists:

  • Go to your account and click on “Favorites Lists.”
  • All of your lists will appear here.
    • Click on “View” to see the items in your list.
    • Click on “Settings” to set the list to private or shared or to change the name of the list.
    • Click “Submit” to save changes.
    • To delete a list, click “Delete.” Then, click “OK” in the pop-up window. This cannot be undone.
  • To create a Favorites List from this page, click the “Add a List” button.
    • Enter the list nickname.
    • Set the list to Private or Shared.
    • Click “Submit.”




What is a Watch List?

A Watch List sends an email notification when the item is back in stock.

Items that are “Out of Stock” or “Coming Soon” cannot be back-ordered on our website, but they can be added to a “Watch List.” You do not need an account to use this feature.

  • Click on the “Add to Watch List” link.
  • Your email address will be automatically entered if you are logged into your account.
  • Enter your email address if you do not have an account or are not logged in.
  • Click the “Watch this Product.” button.
  • You will receive an email when the item is available.
