It seems like you don’t get many new products and many of the ones you have seem to be “old news” to customers. We have gotten a few new products, but when we go back to get more because they are selling well, they are gone.

Thanks for writing. We plan new products over a year in advance as it takes that long to create and get into your machines. New products go through a rigorous amount of testing and that tends to delay their introduction into the marketplace. Also in August, Congress passed H.R. 4040 which made the restrictions on toys even greater. However a lot of new and exciting products are on the way so keep logging onto our site to see what’s new.
Regarding availability, like you we have no idea how well a product will do when we order from our factories. Inevitably we always order too much of products that sell slowly and or too little of the products that sell well. We do our best to order what we think will sell through, but I’m sure you’ll agree it’s better to sell out of a great item then getting stuck with products that don’t sell!
A great solution is to always try a little bit of everything so that you’re not dependent on just one item. Also, if you think a new item is going to be a “blow out” then increase your initial order to avoid or defer running out.
